Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of UTM Drift Guard (the “Service”), operated by Peakure LLC. By using the Service you agree not to misuse it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Prohibited conduct

• Uploading data you do not have the right to process.
• Uploading malware, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, tenant data, or our infrastructure.
• Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Service without prior written permission, or circumventing security or rate limits.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or providing the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted by your plan.
• Using automated means to overload the Service or to extract data beyond your plan’s limits.
• Submitting prompts or content designed to manipulate the AI audit into producing harmful or misleading output.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including content removal, account suspension, or termination. Serious violations may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
