Subscription Billing

UTM Drift Guard subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to all paid features until that date. After the period ends, your account reverts to the free tier.

No Partial Refunds

We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel on day 10 of a monthly cycle, you retain access for the remaining 20 days but are not refunded for unused time. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, such as being billed after cancellation or charged an incorrect amount, please contact us at support@utmdriftguard.com within 14 days of the charge. Include your account email and a description of the issue. We will investigate and resolve billing errors promptly.

Discretionary Refunds

We may issue refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. If you have exceptional circumstances, reach out and we will do our best to help. We want every customer to feel they received fair value.
